This week has been extremely hot here in new jersey. I really want something cool!!.So I decided to try this one.It gives me a cool feeling in presenting this variant of lemonade. This milk flavoured lemonade will give a cool and pleasant feeling in this hot hot summer.Lemon - 1
Sugar - as needed
Condensed milk - 1tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Ginger- 1tsp(crushed)
Brandy - 1 tsp(optional)
pudina leaves - 2 or 3( chopped)
Club soda - As needed
Squeeze out the juice of lemon. Mix up lemon juice with all other items except soda. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Sieve the concentrate into a tall glass. Pour soda on top. Mix with a long spoon. Decorate it with pudina leaves and serve immediately.
So simple and easy!!

ReplyDeleteWe make oranje juice-condensed milk combo,but lime juice-condensed milk is new to me.And adding brandy will definitely add flavour to it..A nice welcome drink,hah.!!
